Tenterhooks is working towards being an inclusive and care-based organisation, from the audiences that come to our shows to our team of collaborators to our Board of Trustees.
We would like our audiences to feel welcome, relaxed, and above all, like they can be themselves when they come to our performances. We understand that there are a lot of societal barriers that might get in the way of that, and many of those we can’t control, but we aim to be clear and transparent about the ways in which our performances are and are not accessible, and to provide as much information as possible about access for each performance in advance.

We are aware that our website needs some work on accessibility and are looking into ways of ensuring we can meet the international WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard, but as small non-website-savvy team, this will take some time.
